I would say it depends on your entry ^^
if you decide for a hard puzzle.. .make it a week.
else, depending on the contents, longer or shorter.
if you wish that many people join.. try making it a tad longer
but imho wouldnt make it longer than a week.

The limit is whatever looks good to you. You can't really go wrong though a one hour limit might mean not getting five entries for all the giveaways.

At any rate, a week is usually recommended if you do forum-originated giveaways, because many users only visit during weekends. If it is really long, maybe two weeks so people can wait to restock their points when they go out.

Cats love a lot of things bad for them. Taste is not a perfect warning system even for humans.
At any rate, don't put too much worry into it if you don't give them too much milk. Just keep in mind that cats are often lactose intolerant.
(Also, similarly, mice actually don't like cheese. :))

Giving ducks bread is a bad one, it often rots in the water and produces dangerous algae.
Dogs are the best example of eating things that are bad for them.

i hate that long giveaway times.
if it's long make just a 1 week max because only people that don't play games are going to enter in all giveaways you make.
people that are going to play the game that they win they will only need like 1 day to enter in all of them.
if i was you, when i giveaway a game i want the guy play the game and not only make a collection farm cards and don't touch anymore.
make them as 1 day long and you will sure that people going to play the game they win.
because giveaway a game for just a farm cards you can do yourself, isn't better give the game to someone that it's going to play it?
