i would love epic launcher games library check,
what i mean is what we need is a option to check the games we have in the epic games launcher and then hide them from giveaways.
Thanks!

I'm not aware of Epic providing API that could be used for manual check. They even have really bare bone profiles and it's not possible to check things like game achievements without opening the game and going into overlay...

You can always compare what you own on Epic and then click on eye icon next to the game name to hide it. Same for other platforms where you may own games

That's the approach I take. I actually always check games on Playnite, which incorporates my Steam, Epic, Origin, GOG, itch and Humble libraries in one single place. If I see that I have a game on another library, I hide it here on SG and "ignore" it on Steam itself (so it's not shown on searches and stuff like that).

Considering how many good titles you can get for free each week from Epic, it's good to have a process that works for you

First of all you need to ask Tim Sweeney to provide needed api on Epic Store. Considering how much it took them to add shopping cart - I think it will require at least 10+ years. When this requirement is fulfilled we can return to this discussion.

gg.deals can generate a list provided you added your claimed games manually to your collection. As MSKOTOR wrote you'll have to hide specific giveaways manually on SG.

It's not allowed to link to gg.deals as they list key resellers on their website. Playnite also allows to gather collections.

At this point can't you just use GOGGalaxy and check all the plugged launchers at once?

If you have a couple of thousand games the Steam plug in crashes reliably.

Oh wow, didn't know it.
Well, Steam can be excluded from the plugins, I think SG already checks if a game already exists, at least in terms of SG, not in general.

Try Playnite. I don't have 2000 games, but it seems stable with my smaller library.

Playnite doesn't crash with... well... rather more than 2000 games, but it sure does struggle.

You can use ESGST to hide anything you want. Though it's not automatic.

But you don't need ESGST in this case. No need to plug something if it's not appropriate to the discussion.

I don't get your point. ESGST is a helpful tool for mass hiding/filtering and that's exactly "appropriate to the discussion".

I use Playnite and have a little script that can write the steam urls of all the selected games to a text file. I then dump the links into ESGST's Hidden Games Manager to hide all the games with a single click.
