Anyone has any idea that whether steam version of GTA V has Deluxe Edition or not?

Deluxe? There was a Deluxe Edition on consoles? Had no clue honestly...I have the regular version.

There were just standard, and the Collectors one that you could pre-order. I think he means whether the PC version would be GOTY ( with all the dlcs and stuff ) or somethign like that.

Actually, there were 3 editions: Normal, Special and Collectors.
Here you can see what each edition contains.
I'm personally waiting for PC Special Edition announcement to preorder it.
