cd key exchange from retail to digital

i got some retail games that i cant insert into steam library because theres nothing about steam/origin etc on boxes but its possible to buy em on steam. so is there any site that exchange retail cd keys into steam ?

Nope. If Steam doesn't accept the keys, you get nothing for Steam unless you buy them there.

If you still have a receipt, you can try contact developer's support and ask them for a key. There's always a slight chance that they'll give it to you.
