I'm in the same boat, although I believe mine to be because my giveaways have been primarily (if not all) bundle related.

Maybe it isn't going up because you're a 2D zomby :P

First if CV is what matters to you don't bother giving away anything from a bundle just don't. Second CV means very little when it comes to winning nice things get a group you are a part of to start actively participating giving gifts to the entire group and not just the people in the group. It helps the group grow a tighter bond with each other and helps you get to know memebers you dnn't know as well. To the site is about sharing not just winning add the games YOU want not the games that are cheap and easily obtained screw cv, it will raise in time if you follow those rules. It has worked great for me.
