Can't select my new steam group for giveaways

I've created a new group http://steamcommunity.com/groups/YLTIYL and from what I can see I have everything set up correctly, it's publicly visible etc. (I think) but when I go to create a giveaway it's not selectable and it doesn't show up in my steamgifts profile. I'm not going to actually set up a giveaway until I have a few more members but I can't understand why the group isn't visible during my test.

I've done a force sync several times and it still doesn't show - am I doing something wrong?
