Indie Gala worked bad since it started, so they won't do anything anyways,

Also to note, once Indie Gala were doing an event that consisted in giving Steam Wallet and stuff to people who gets the top rated screenshots in their Blockstorm, several users posted fake giveaways around different Steam networks and groups, including one who posted multiple fake giveaways here just to get votes on their screenshots, lots of people complained asking for disqualification of this users, firstly they said they can't do anything because the rules don't say you cannot get votes via non legit way, but since people continued complaining they had to partially disqualificate this users who cheated, they didn't receive first winning places, but Indie Gala instead of disqulifiying them completely still rewarded them a $10 Steam Wallet card and they received like 5+ places in the event, hope this give you an idea how Indie Gala cares about their quality. Also if you look at their discussions on their group there is tons of users making fake giveaways asking to vote something and then never giving anything to winner, and Indie Gala don't gives a shit, also lag and bad coded site was always an issue in their network.

In the past i remember more than a years ago , you could still see the key on a gifted bundle even if he redeemed it, nothing changed here.

They just want to avoid reselling bundle in mass .

While some of those things are a bit stupid, I see nothing to be outraged about. As I see it it only concerns some fringe cases that are likely even outside IG TOS. Are you seriously worried about "Hey I bought you a gift - ABC bundle. But now 'Im going to take part of it away because I'm evil"?
