It doesn't exist. SC:BW remastered was announced so people are just hoping D2 remastered will happen too. But other than that, it's nothing but a myth.

A NEW PC should go to the top of the list. There are many things you can do with a new pc (even F2P if you're out of cash, though most suck), but if you don't have it, it'll severely restrict your ability to play and get the most out of the potential games you do choose to get instead. Don't worry about not having enough for the games, the older they become the more often and on greater sales they'll go. You'll most likely run out of time to play all of them at once anyway.
