In my state, you have to be 18 in order to get a driver's license. They made that.. law? when I was 14, and it applied to anyone younger than 15. ;-;
But, I'm 18 now so whatevaz.

It depends, you can get a microcar license at 16, at least in Italy. Those crappy vehicles usually cost as much (if not more) as a normal one though...

They're classified as mopeds/tractors, the license to which is 15-16 mostly, depending on country.
Some countries don't need the license at all.
