IndieGameStand tends to do a single game at a time for $1, and often they are Desura titles, but its worth looking at their new deal every few days. Right now they have Papo & Yo.

Just join the IndieBundleTracker Steam group to get updated whenever a new bundle goes live.

isThereAnyDeal.com <- great for tracking - you can even import your wishlist and make a "waitlist" out of it ;)
