i know of the dig store but that as i heard is not always 100% legit -so anyone know of any as i want to bolster my giveaways and reach that level 10 and more

In short, for that price you will find no total legal operating store. At least none that i know.

Grey and black market stuff like dig, the russian shops and other shops (worse) are in the range of that price.

Fanatical bundles do the magic.

Just checked the last 20 giveaways or so of Masafor and they are mostly either 0 CV or reduced CV games with very low base price. Those won't help you reach lvl10 faster, they will just bolster your giveaway numbers.

You confuse me.
What have my GA's to do with his wish to buy cheap games and to reach level 10 ?
I don't have the same goal as he :o)

I don't expect to reach something higher as level 8 because i don't use ru shop crap, cv exploiting stuff, optimized GA's and i pay for the stuff that i give away.
Or they are leftovers from freebie sites that i used in the past. And that is the reason for the 0cv ones lately because i go through my free list -the keys from freebie sites don't get better with age^^ :-D-

My normal GA's are on page 5+ (= 2 months ago or older), but they are still in 99% of the cases reduced cv = 15% of 10p ... so they still bring, nearly, nothing if someone want to level up with them :-D

See the edited part in her last message to you. I was reacting to that. Then she clarified that she's not that focused on pumping cv.

I don't seen the edit, till pagan wrote me about it in a answer.

I am not easy to offend, so don't think much about it, i have a mouth to say when i don't like something or in this case fingers to write in such a case :o)

The last 2 months i go too through my list of freebies the keys from freebie sites don't get better with age^^ and give partly that ones away. I collected them on gamehag and such sites. Not really games to recommend and i am sure you aren't willing to do 15 tasks to get such "games". One of the, multiple, reasons why i stopped to collect such "games".

Users blacklisted me for the freebie GA's (and not only 1 or 2), so i can't recommend it if you are "sensitive" in that part.
I don't care because in the end they hit themself because i don't do only freebie GA's and in the most cases i do more Ga's as that users do.

And the better ones with Hentai in the name have i got as payment for work that i have done for a dev.
If you calculate the game price in exchange for the work i can't recommend such work but i don't work in such cases to make the big money and have fun with what i do.

You got a part of the Hentai games in Indiegala Bundles because the dev had a crap "publisher" if that one can called that because i would use a much unfriendlier one that have something with scam in the name.

If you mean older as 2 months GA's then are my sources in 95% of the cases Fanatical and Humble Bundle but they take more as 10 cents/game.

Well, some Russian keyshops are full of shovelware/assetflip games that give great CV if you only care about the level. These games are often available there even before the games release on Steam and the keys come from the developers themselves. So it's not grey or black market in that kind of sense.

On the other hand you'd provide zero real value to your winners. It's up to you, there are several people going this route successfully climbing the ladder.

well i do want to also do giveaways for the "better" games but those bundles are less and less around so need some smaller giveaways in the mean time

I often check gg.deals and Is There Any Deal for good deals, but I imagine you know about these?

Cheers!

Gamersgate, Gamesplanet, Greenmangaming, Humble Store, Fanatical are all approved retailers and have very attractive pricing compared to most offers on Steam. As was already said use ITAD and gg,deals to find the best offers.
Right now you can get a bundle of 20 games for EUR 2.99 from Fanatical https://gg.deals/bundle/fanatical-mega-bundle-5/

Thats what ITAD is for. Giving you a comprehensive aggregate overview of offers on a specific game on all reputable retail sites.
Personally I prefer gg.deals for their better site layout although there's an option to include grey market sites in the price comparisons but I'm not like Judge Dredd in my moral alignment.

You could try contacting developers directly through email and settle on a sum, but still don't expect them to require you to buy just 20 keys if you want to buy in bulk.

Anywhere you're going to buy bulk keys is going to involve a risk you'd likely rather avoid.

You're better off just giving away bundles or games you enjoy, and take your time getting to level 10.
Level has little or no meaning. The journey can be fun, though.

Giving away a shit game just for CV is dubious I think people should enjoy the games they win.

The question is, what do you understand with "official"?

If you are strict about it, then the only way to find out which stores are "official" is to ask the developer/publisher for authorized resellers around the world. HumbleBundle or Fanatical, two well known bundle sites/game key shops say that they only sell licensed keys and most likely they do that, but they aren't listed as official resellers by many developers/publishers. In the end I would say they are trustworthy, but in the worst case it's possible that the key gets revoked.

So, either try contacting the developer/publisher if you want to buy in bulk or just ask them for official resellers. And if you know official resellers, just make a price comparison.
The cheapest official reseller is nearly anytime cheaper than the same game on Steam, and sometimes (when on sale) even cheaper than on shady sites like DIG (if they have the same games).
