I've never liked eggplant. It has this mushy texture like it's way overcooked. I've heard eggplant fries are good though.

I peeled so much eggplant at work, I don't want to look at them.

I never liked eggplant until I had it in Indian food. And I still don't like eggplant unless it's in Indian food.
