If she doesn't visit the forum much then I doubt she will.

Well, you're supposed to activate the games you win, not keep them in your inventory, and as I said, the problem is that I can't check her inventory, so don't you think it was a little suspicious that she gave away the same game right after she won it? I'm apologising by the way.

I checked on one of my winners to see if she had activated the game she won, and found out she didn't have it in her library, and that she had given away the same game at the same time she won it, so I talked to her, reported her and left. I checked her inventory to see if what she said was true, but steam would not let me, though it said there were 10 items in it, so I supposed she had it set to private for some reason. I checked on her recently and found that now she has the game, and that she has 9 items in her inventory. So, despite I know she should have activated the game instead of keeping it in her inventory, I feel bad for how I talked to her, and sent her a message to apologise, but since she blocked me, I don't know if she'll get it. So, if you read this, I'm sorry.
