Do you always type in capslock?
WHAT? I CAN'T HEAR YOU OVER ALL THE YELLING!
(I also dislike people that don't use proper capitalization. Or bad grammar. Or comma splices. Or sentence fragments. Oh wait. Whatever, get off my lawn!)

wait til you see the nightmare of writing i put out... but i am fully capable of writing in complete sentences
what i dislike is bad grammar since it affects the meaning (& i consider there/they're/their as grammar, not spelling)
I didn't actually prove that I can write properly, so here is a clean sentence just for you. The irony of my shortcut writing above is that sometimes I end up getting stuck by my own 'casual chat' rules, resulting in a bunch of ...s or line breaks since a period won't work with an un-capitalized word right after. The previous sentence may be a run-on, unfortunately.
derka derka, etc... this is what happens when you internet chat starting from 15 years ago
(i dont know if i should reference 'sentence fragment' from the simpsons)

I feel you. Comas can really change the meaning of a sentence.
For example: "Billy is in a hurry" as opposed to "Billy is in a coma".
See? Meaning changed.

I voted no, but I would usually capitalize the N since it's the beginning of a sentence.

I dont use caps often but some times I do.
I have a friend on steam he has bad eyes condition, like he can only see 20% good, so I caps him all the time so he can see better.
Second situation I use it is to troll, kids while playing CS:GO, but that is an another subject not for this thread :)

Why is there no option with proper English? The "no." is not capitalized.

Who knew a simple button on your keyboard can annoy so many people; including my self.
I have a friend and he ALWAYS! type in capslock.. at first, I ignore it.. but now I am on the verge of deleting him and blocking all communication.
The only reason I am hesitating is because we always chat and play games. He was not like that before. Is this just a phase?
he is not a little kid, he is a college student, and I don't know where he got it from.
I blurred his name because calling out is against the rules.
Also, he started saying "DOOD", "SENPAI" "FAM".. I don't know what any of these means. dood probably means dude..
