Minimum entries for a giveaway ?

A public GA would get CV per winner, no matter how many entries you had.
Private GAs (and Invite-Only) need at least 5 entries.

From the FAQ:

If a giveaway is invite only, region restricted, or limited to a whitelist or Steam group, it will only add contributor value if it receives 5 or more entries. This is in place to prevent small groups of friends from attempting to cheat the contributor system, and to encourage users to expand the reach of their giveaways. The whitelist feature offers an easy way to target a larger audience, and you can combine it with small Steam groups to receive a greater number of giveaway entries if needed.

So I think it will be 7+ entries for 3 winners.

Public giveaways will give you CV with only 1 entry, but since it is region restricted, it will need to have at least 5 entries for you to get CV. The number of copies you give away does not change the number of entries you need to get CV. A 3 copy giveaway will still only require a total of 5 entries to get CV.

If the giveaway is close to ending and you don't think you are going to get 5 entries, you can delete the giveaway before it ends. Since it is for 3 copies, you will lose 3 of your giveaway slots. You gain 1 additional giveaway slot for every 3 winners that mark one of your giveaways as "received". You lose a slot for every winner that marks it as "not received" or for each giveaway you delete.

Edit: If you want to delete the giveaway and maybe recreate it for a longer time period or with a lower level restriction so you get more entries, there is an option to delete the giveaway on the left side of the giveaway page.

Paying $0.12 for $15 worth of CV must be nice. Are you even from Türkiye?
