Facebook is so shit, man. If I start going there everyday, then I "can't" not go there everyday. It's this stupid urge that comes to me. But if I stay some time without going there, it frees me and that urge goes away. If I go there, say, now (about three months not going there recurrently), I can see how empty and boring that website is.

The BBB is a non-profit organization that acts as a go between and a forms of complaint leverage/escalation kind of like Yelp and other review sites.
Reporting via the BBB is like getting your complaint pushed to the top of the stack and increases the chance of them answering you.
It is not a guarantee that a company will change any policies or even correct any issues.
At most you will get a canned reply or some form of prize to shut you up.

I did for a long time. But I needed to switch devices and didn't wan to lose that save. There is no Google or Apple save system. Because that would make sense.

The issue here isn't really Facebook it's devs insisting on using it for these functions rather than dedicated systems on their own servers. Even when there are problems on Facebooks end those saves are still the responsibility of the game companies and not facebook.

Sorry for this rant and for those that can't live without that crappy piece of shit program.
So the ONLY reason I use it is for certain promotions in the past and for a save transfer system for multiple devices. Game is Final Fantasy Brave Exvius.
Now I did make a second account for a second save, that turned out to be a HELL of a lot better than the other one. But I want to keep the older one since I started with that save.
Now, the second seems to have issues. It gets blocked once a month for no reason at all. Usually it gets unblocked a day or so later, which is fine. But now, it's been blocked since December 20th. I have contacted FB support multiple times and nothing. Their security code page is broken. You can't enter the codes THEY send to you.
All I want to do is play that save that I put a lot of time and work into. Almost done with season 1, too. Missed out on the holiday event, the end of the year login reward (that one REALLY pissed me off as it was a great item too).
These assholes at FB security need to be fired and competent people need to be hired. People that know how to get a page working.
And before anyone asks yes I tried using the page on multiple browsers. I'm at my wits end. And I am about one step away from reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for incompetence and negligence.
This is pissing me off. No WONDER I HATE using that shit. They need to die a horrible flaming death of the worst kind.
