How to gift Humble Bundle Keys?

I see a lot of giveaways for recent Humble Bundles - how does one give away the key? When I purchased the bundle, it linked each game to my steam account, so they were activated to it specifically. How do you obtain the keys instead?

There's a little gift icon next to the unredeemed keys, if you click that it will give you a link solely for that game to send to someone :)
