Yeah that says all the deals for some reason. Should only list Steam prices.

Thought it was good to mention if someone forgot they already owned it.

Thanks to you. I was thinking about to buy. I forgot that I already own it on Epic Games. Many thanks!

The base price of 39,99€ makes no sense, but whatever. People shouldn't fall for these artificially high discounts.

And why doesn't the base price make any sense? Should it be 60€ because of all the great reviews and scores?

For a 2016 game? That has been given away on Epic, Twitch Prime, has been available in a Humble Monthly and three different Humble Bundles since then (even though tier 3 in all cases)? The game is good and the sale price is good, but the base price is a joke, which, however, works from a marketing standpoint.

Thanks for the blacklist, by the way. I also like to blacklist people I disagree with

There are plenty of way older games with far lower quality and a higher price tag. And I haven't seen games drop their old base prices because they were in bundles.

Nah, you got that one for ranting about value and not having contributed anything in the past 3 years, after you reached your level of exactly 4.00.

And there are plenty of way newer games with top quality and a lower price tag. It's not like Daedalic has reasonable base prices for their games. For instance, Bounty Train for 25€ is another joke. Then you shove a 90% discount and it suddenly seems like a good deal when for that game in particular, it really isn't.

Point is, if this were a 19,99€ game with a 70% discount, resulting in the same price, there wouldn't be as many people clamoring this is an amazing deal. Or if this were a 14,99€ game with a 60% discount.

Regarding the blacklist, it's clearly the same motivation. You disagree with me, therefore you check my contribution history so that you feel morally justified and blacklist me. It's OK of course, you're just using an available mechanism according to your criteria. I just don't see how that makes you feel any better.

You are mixing different aspects. Yes, people are better off waiting for the game to be bundled once more. It will happen.
The game still offers great value for this price and a fair value for the full price. It might look different if you personally can't afford it, but the market isn't just about you.

Why is it supposed to make me feel better? If all behaved the same way as you do, SG would be dead. As I frequently do Level 4 giveaways and I don't want to support such a behavior, you got a blacklist. That's all about it.
Besides, the matter seems to be so relevant to you, you instantly had to check if you got blacklisted and complain about it. May I suggest the alternative to simply change your habit of being a cheapskate? That would make me feel better.

Edit: As texts often don't manage to communicate how serious (or not) people are: I don't have any hard feelings about you. I considered it silly to criticize such a high quality game which single handedly revived a complete subgenre, for a standard pattern in this industry and far worse "offenders".
And yes, I check profiles if I'm not familiar with people. :-p

Let's not forget, there are no dlcs - OST/artbook are extras - sure some games may have a "base price" $20 but they come with 40,60,100$ worth of playable dlcs. This game came out completed already instead of separating into dlcs like the norm today, consider it the "Complete Edition" for the price and a good game length.

Plus, it's been bundled before so it's not like it's on a high pedestal.
