Looking for some help with my game library

I am looking for some games in my steam library that has either a versus mode or a split screen co-op mode on one computer. I'm going to vacate with my family and my cousin who does not have a laptop want to play some games with me while we're there. So any game in my library that has one of those mentioned feature would be great though the problem is I don't really know my library and there are games that actually have those options but I might not know.

Note: I have 1 360 controller that can be connected to a PC, so there's no need for the 2 of us to play on only one keyboard.
