Okay so I'm pretty much broke right now, except for $30. so I was thinking why not spend the rest of it on some small games? Please give me all your opinions on this games.

I Have No Mouth,and I Must Scream
An oldie,but seems really fun.

The Stanley Parable
Played the mod and demo, loved them. But is it worth $12? Is it something I can beat in 2 or 3 hours? I'm looking for long lasting or replay-ability type games.

The Dead Linger
Watched ALOT of alpha footage, looked at all the future features. Seems fun as SHIT(in a good way).

So tell me about those,or if you know any other games you think that might spark my interest, suggest away! Remember though,I'm on a tight budget and trying to get atleast 3 games.

Main Features I like are:

Survival

Multiple Choices

Large and Variety-filled worlds

I think How to Survive looks cool and is on sale all over, so you can get it for like $8.40 with a coupon. I think The Dead Linger looks good, so I wouldn't blame you for making the choice to buy it. I have my eye on Sir, You Are Being Hunted., as well.

Based on the criteria you posted, I think The Dead Linger is a great game for you. I'm sure you've noticed the level of freedom in modifying the world and the sheer number of factors that affect the game (here's a progress bar on the things they want to bring into the game). And if you play right now, you can tell the developers what you like and what you want changed, so the game could become your perfect game!.

The Dead Linger is an amazingly complex game. It's virtually a sandbox world with zombies.

I love the Stanley Parable, but even doing all the ending and hunting the easter eggs will only take 3-5 hours. There is not much to do after that.

I found it to be money well spent but it sounds like you want to get a lot more playtime out of your $12 than that.

State of Decay is a great game (I've just finished it) and I've just preordered How To Survive while its at a discount price. The gameplay I have seen so far looks really fun.

IHNMAIMS: I wanted it when I was younger and when I noticed it was added to Steam I added it to my wishlist. I don't know if it's actually good or not since I have never played it though.

TSP: The demo was terrible, the humor was terrible and certainly didn't make me want to buy the game.

TDL: Based on footage seems terribly boring for me, ugly graphics.

"An oldie,but seems really fun."

Oh my god, it is not fun. Not at all. lol But it is a rather complex psychological horror game. Though I do suppose that some folks could have... fun with it. Depends on what your idea of fun is. But it is indeed engaging! I thoroughly recommend it. It's one of my favorite point and click adventure games!
