Cuphead tv show on netflix (already season 2 coming!)

I've seen Season 1 ... it's definitely a bit childish. I'd say the target is small kids, not necessarily Cuphead players. It's a solid show on it's own but I'm not sure why Netflix did not cater the IP towards something more mature

I was very disappointed in season 1 tbh. It certainly looks the part but its target audience is uncertain.
It feels definitely too childish for adults and I think parts of it would probably be a bit scary or hrd to understand for kids.
The first episode was great so I had high hopes but it went downhill sharply after that.

Guess they tested it and decided to go for younger viewers.

did the people who made it even see the game - from what i heard it's amid at people way to young to be able to play cuphead

loved the game, but when i heard about the show i wasn't expecting it to be great. i only watched the first episode and wasn't really impressed. like others said, it seems to be aimed towards kids.. which is weird because i kinda doubt that many kids are playing the game. i think they should've made it more for mature audiences and it could've been a minor hit.

Waiting on season 2, hopefully it will be better than the first one

Well, I am not gonna watch it, but it's just interesting to know it exists.
