I sent screenies of my profile on groupees showing access to download link. Same on gamersgate, and got my keys yesterday.
Your idea is good, no need to search on email, could find on paypal history.

Did they somewhere post that they want you/us to do this?

It would make more sense to kindly ask them and Groupees to get together and have Groupees post the Steam keys, otherwise I think it would only annoy the devs, if everyone would send a separate mail which they have to look through.

I got my legit keys yesterday. Only 20 mins or so! Wow!

damn, they sure are awesome.... and super quick!
I emailed them at 5:50am, got a response with my key at 6:15am!
just emailed them a screenshot of my PayPal receipt from my history, and a thank you note and bam! =-P

I've contacted them and they gave me a key! I've took 2 shapshots of my groupees download page (just for them to check my email) and another containing the game and bundle in question. They were quick and friendly.

Wow they sent the key in 8 minutes!

For those searching for proof, the bundle ran from November 30 to December 14, 2012.

World War II Panzer Claws was also in the Topware Interactive bundle,so worthwhile asking about that if you bought it.

Just tried this and received this response:

"Dear costumer,

we have recently made a special deal about this with groupees; they should be able to deliver the Steam keys at the beginning of the next week. Please contact them and you'll get your Steam key as soon as possible.

Sorry for the inconveniences and thank you very much for supporting the company by your purchases - we are happy to see that the community likes our titles just like we do :-)"

So it looks like we just have to wait, the keys will be posted soon on Groupees.

Already got my key via email, sent them my Paypal receipt, but good for getting it right on the Groupees page too.

Steam keys for Enclave Gold 2012 Edition and for Gorky 17 are on Groupees profiles now (Be Mine 6 Bundle) if you bought it.
Still nothing on WW2, WW3 games on Topware interactive bundle though.
