Best game soundtrack?

What do you think? What is the game that has the best soundtrack?
In my opinion the ultimate soundtrack is in GTA: San Andreas. It just... it just is so awesome! <3. And almost forgot the Tony Hawk Pro Skater -games. They also had such great soundtracks!
