Can anyone help me with a very simple photoshop?

I'm confused, does it already not have a transparent background?

If that's the only version of the image you have, it might be easier to just remake it in photoshop from scratch (create a transparent canvas, steal the flags from the internet and add the text). Only thing would be figuring out which font to use.

Gimp > Layers > transparency > add alpha layer(same in Photoshop xd), after with the selections, just cut off the white don't needed parts.

Just use the Magic Wand Tool, click on the white area, and then go click on Edit>Clear. It should remove most of the background except for those in the letter beneath. Just do the same one by one and you're good to go.

Here done with Gimp. It needs to be .png, also, if you save it correctly.

Too bad I don't know how to use photoshop.
