For what it's worth, his/her "Real CV" sent/won ratio isn't so bad, better than 1:2....much better than gave/won ratio of 17:244 or "raw CV" ratio of 0.22.

I was kind of just looking for an excuse to "like" something and was a bit taken by my initial "mistake" with the ratio. In retrospect it's probably not a great anecdote and I somewhat regret mentioning it at all. I'm not in the habit of checking peoples ratio unless there's a hint they're not getting as much "love" as they for some reason are expecting. :)

i've yet to watch the newer ones in full with the son and what-not , but atleast its still in my "watchlist" for movies and TV, so im not totally ignoring those new babies in the franchise
unlike certain other franchises whose newer movies, i have seen and been disappointed with
im looking at you indy 1 and indy 2 (1 is indiana jones and the aliens movie , 2 is independence day sequel that also has aliens)

Resurgence was indeed awful. It wasn't George Clooney Batman awful, but still awful.
Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was horrible as it was less about the journey (solving a mystery along the way, 1-3 were great at this) and more about the action sequences.
I've seen Die Hard 1-3, and I'm not sure which one I saw after that (I think it was the car blowing up a helicopter one)

I have this curse where I'm nice and polite to everyone until they do something really stupid and/or asshole-ish to piss me off (and even after that sometimes). So I guess you could say that I like everyone until proven otherwise.
(Which really sucks, because I'm a pessimist and think it would be a lot more logical to hate everyone until proven otherwise so I would occasionally be pleasantly surprised instead of getting constantly disappointed with humanity. :P )
