Yeah. I'm not the best with these sorts of puzzles. I spent maybe an hour last night trying to figure out your first one and then I realized I didn't even know what to do with the code. Guessing it was for a url, but no idea where.

In most cases you look for 5 letter to put it in the url like steamgifts.com/giveaway/your-5-letters-here/

Yes, like the Platform 9¾" in Harry Potter books, the link is hidden in the source between numbers 9 and 10. Leads to ITH where other people solved the puzzle for you already. It was just about finding the link.
