IDK the present value of them now. Is there any idea?

Steam Trading Card Beta Access - Doesn't really have much value, only to collectors, so it depends how much will they offer you
This War of Mine - cheapest for 9.06€

Use dispenser.tf, scrap.tf or gifts.tm as comparison
My humble opinion (I have ~ 1k gifts) - the price you could get fast enough not waiting weeks to sell :
Left 4 Dead 2 Pack - 4.5 - 5.5 TF2 keys ~ 6.5 - 8 EUR
Steam Trading Card Beta Access - Extra Copy - this one is quite cheap ~ 0.5EUR
This War of Mine 1.5 - 2TF2 keys ~ 2 - 3 EUR

He has steam gifts, those are possibly worth more to collectors.

I used g2a prices, because he has steam gifts, which are no longer available (and possibly more valuable for collectors).
