In Canada we call them "Timbits."
Bacon wrapped figs sounds like a good idea though (bacon wrapped anything really), I'll have to try that next time they're in season.

Day 4
Didn't even bother taking a picture of breakfast since it was exactly the same as the last two days :P
Lunch - sandwiches. I just made an open face one.
Dinner was at Copper River. I got the Beef Ribs - the ribs were good, the corn bread was kind of nasty. Completely soaked in some sickeningly sweet syrup. Also some Bacon-wrapped Figs and Doughnut Holes - more like beignets.
