That is my current Mobo, and just a quick question.

I read about the specs of the GTX 750 Ti, and it says a double slot?
So, will the GTX 750 Ti work with my Mobo?

Yes, if it has a PCI-e slot it will work. The double slot refers to the height of the card and how many expansion slots it takes up on the case not the mobo, though sometimes the double slot card does cover a slot on the mobo. It does not refer to many slots are needed, its always one.

What Decer304 said, no GPU I know of takes more tan one PCIe slot, but yeah, most modern ones take double space in term of height.

In your case, you won't be able to use the smaller PCIe port (I think it is of 4 pins?) right above it because the card will occupy its space.

How do I find out if it has a PCI-e slot?

It has 1 PCI-e x16 2.0 slot click the light blue one in the pic where it also talks about it working super well with amd 6k series; you will want to check your power supply though. Dont want to overload it with the extra power draw of the card over what ever your currently using.
