So how exactly does this work for Be Mine bundles? Is it in tiers? Is it a build a bundle? When does it reveal itself? And when can you purchase it? Is it preordered?

It'll be revealed once it's out, unless there's a Preorder, which doesn't always happen. If there's a Preorder you can buy it then for a cheaper price for like a day or so, then it'll be out for real and revealed once the countdown is over. BeMines usually have tiers (if there was Preorder, you'll get full bundle for the preorder price), usually a 1 USD tier and a higher tier.
