My inventory isn't showing up ?!

Hey. Sorry for asking for help here but... I just don't have an idea where else to ask :D
My inventory isn't showing up when I try to see it or other people do. I can't sell in market either, it doesn't shows when I click "Sell an item". Anyway, it's ok when I trade. What might cause that ? I tried F5 over 50 times - nothing. I tried to change inventory settings - no result.

Seems like this crap is back in its final form(?), my inventory now only brings up the "pending gifts" section, and nothing else. But this happened right after I reported two aimbotters from a CS:GO server, is it possible that they lock it in that case?

EDIT - nevermind, it kinda fixed itself now
