You might want to check sgtools.info Real Value the ratio is about 0.6 there as many of the games I won were free games

Good. For me, you and your group do not exist in this case. I hope no one else from your group will get on your blacklist. It will be unpleasant for them to be sent there after leaving the group, knowing who they were dealing with. So you're also ruining the reputation of your group. Thank you at least for being honest.
I don't welcome the blacklist feature on steamgifts at all. You create some criteria of "not like that" and try to pull people there already on the basis of personal hostility. And here you are already starting to draw in some generally good people who, if anything, will giveaway these goddamn games and close the difference between the sent/received ones. I am for the freedom of giveaways, absolutely everyone can go in and get a game that they want to play / want for the sake of cards / for the sake of +1, it doesn't matter to me how much I don't even like the person's profile. As a rule, I don't lose anything. I have a very large whitelist of profiles that I like, I focus more on it and do not block "unwanted" profiles. I rather need the function of removing unnecessary games.
