help, i cant play gmod

i have a problem with my gmod, whenever i enter to find multyplayer game, the screen freezes right on the server menu, it doesnt even have time to load the servers before it freezes, and doesnt matter how much i wait it still stays there.

what do?

and dont tell me to delete my addons, that only causes problems

Reinstall the game and remove all the Addons you have installed after that reinstall the game once more so it wont install all the addons once again!

When it's done do not install anything for atleast 1 day! t

This worked for me dont know if it will work for you! ALSO before doing this make a Verify Intergrity of Game Cache.

can be found by right clicking on Garry's mod the go to local files then in the buttom

You still haven't given your GPU specs and Internet speed.

Edit: Based on the specs you've given, W7 Starter sucks for games. Get Home Premium.
Second edit: Also get more RAM.

i have been fire with what i have have right now, im saving for something powerfull later on, my internet speed? i dont remember, the guy who installed it said it had 2gb of speed.

Firstly, I'm still waiting for your graphic specs.
Secondly, I'm stating that your choice of OS and RAM is not enough.
Thirdly, I highly doubt you have 2 Gbps of Internet speed, let alone 2 GBps.
