Can you even patch Visual Novels purchased on Steam to get the uncensored version? I don't buy visual novels on Steam because of that nonsense, they release Hatred and Postal but they don't want anime boobs. Double Moral.

Apparently there are some games like that, but I think you need to buy them elsewhere, and then copy those files on top of your Steam copy of the game. Which means buying it twice, I think, so a bit silly. :)
Now for these Sakura blabla games specifically, I don't think there's any other version. So you're not missing anything, well, aside from a good game of course. You'll definitely be missing that. :)
