To have steam guard turned off? However my problem is I can't turn it on now, anyone else having this?

Turn it on. You only need to enter a code ONCE on each computer you use it on. Better than losing all of your games.

I have like 20 retail boxes with keys, so I can easily get it back. And I'm just that lazy, it says we can't handle your process right now.

You may not be able to get back any tradeables, you may not be able to revoke a VAC ban, you may not be able to revoke a scammer status or other bans. Stop being so cocky.
