Hint number 4 doesn't involve opening a holiday event gift box, does it? Because in that case a problem could arise, with people not being able to open a gift box if they already have the game in it.

Chapter One.
"Grinch: Pooh-pooh to the Whos!
Narrator: ...he was grinchily humming.
Grinch: They're finding out now that no Christmas is coming! They're just waking up, I know just what they'll do. Their mouths will hang open a minute or two, then the Whos down in Whoville will all cry, "Boo Hoo.""
The Grinch wants to stole the spirit of Christmas on SteamGifts, and has stolen the tools to start the engine of the train. (If you don't like trains boo-hoo for you)
Between December 1st until December 15th, the Grinch will be dropping some letters and is our job find the path to solve the troubles he has just done.
He is not so smart, we can catch him.
BUT there is a trick.
I'll be following him trough Steamgifts.com, I know he is carrying too much weight, and eventually will be dropping one letter here, and another there.
So, where is the catch?
Well, he is running, jumping and doing anything posible to escape now, so you will need to find in what giveaway or thread he dropped the letter or number.
But there are thousands of those on SG! You may say.
-How I will know?
Well, do you forget I'm tracking him now?, I'll gather and leaving the clues I find, a picture of the user and something related to the GA(if the case) or the thread. He is hard to catch, he is randomly jumping from one place to another, so your job will be identify the GA for a giveaway or TH for a thread of said user and seek for the missing letter, may not be older than one week where you need to search.
All the hints will guide us to some site NOT TOO HARD, where the Grinch will be finally captured.
Below you can find a comment for this section, where I'll be updating the clues I find.

Well, I can unblacklist you, there are not so many really, so you can join in the search of the train keys, but you can't enter at the Chapter 3 of this event.
Write under this chapter comment and I'll see what I can do for you.
Under some specific circumstances this may not be possible, and you will remain there. If nothing has been done, please just move on.
