Not a price glitch, but the RU version of it suddenly became unlocked and ROW

It seems kinda likely to me though that a RU version activated now on a EU/US account will stop working when they corrected this...

The thing is it's from the Russian store but it comes out as a ROW gift has no RU tag anywhere on it so I dunno

Is this confirmed I play my RU version without VPN buy aadding a non steam short cut and creating steam app Id shortcut.

1) Never use a VPN while using Steam. You can get a full account block. No more online play, no more new games, no more chat, nothing. It has happened numerous times in the past. Absolutely not worth the risk.

2) What does adding the game as a non-steam game do? And what does "creating steam appID shortcut" mean?
