Jazz, Bossa nova, piano solos, house, trip house, chill house, vaporwave, chillwave, mashups like this, whatever the Keats Collective counts as. ... indie rock.

While dingbat has a point above, my go-to genre has been stoner rock lately. So many underrated bands to find out about and enjoy.

Electronic music; Melodic dubstep, progressive house, etc. It's hard to find anything I like, though, because there's so much shitty electronic music out there. I like a good melody, arrangement, and overall sound/mix. Most electronic music tends to be repetitively uninteresting sadly.
Among my favorite artists are Au5, Hinkik, Adhesive Wombat, K-391, Le Castle Vania, Panda Eyes, Rogue, TheFatRat, Virtual Riot, Wisp X and a shitload more. I'd link to a few, but honestly my playlist is just way too big to pick just one (nearly 300 at this time).
Although, I've recently discovered MAN WITH A MISSION and I'm loving some of their songs so I'll link it below:

[Edit] Oh, and I also love some good Electroswing.

Been on a jazz craze recently. I also get game OSTs like an addict, so I'm usually hooked on those no matter the genre :P
Frontier music is also up there, though. Love that slide guitar. And accordian stuff. French music is great. Metal is great too, so long as it doesn't devolve into screamos.
But any music that is not the mainstream stuff of 2016/2017 is fine by me. Hate to say those songs all sound the same, but... well...

Someone that likes Frenchcore and it is not from the classic Netherlands and friends countries? Color me surprised

Hardstyle and symphonic metal. Nothing to do with each other but that's how it is. But honestly I don't mind most music as long as it is not some gangster rap shit or trap.

Hard to say as I like a lot of different music genres, a broad spectrum of music.

Here, I sit, listening to my friend drone on reading a list of bands and I got to thinking.
What are SG's favorite music genre's? I didn't put a poll because there are too many genre's and subgenre's to list.
Personally, I'm a fan of metal (Most genre's), classical, Celtic and opera.
