Ryse: question about potentional region lock

Normally, I am relatively confident in region locks, but Deep Silver's needlessly overconvoluted methods can confuse me. I have two links for Ryse from Humble. My notes say that HB warned about how the game should only unlock for Europeans.
Yet in SteamDB, only the Russian version has a different app package, meaning only that should be the only region locked down.
But yet again, Steam's store page says the game is locked down in SEA, SA, and Eastern Europe. Normally, I expect the last one means CIS, but hey, it is Deep Silver…

So, anyone from Europe: if you have given away Ryse as a Humble link/key, did it work out all right for your winner (and here I mean a winner outside of Europe)? I mainly ask someone from Eastern Europe (Poles are numerous here, so they maybe can tell me), but anyone from the continent could be viable for this one.
