i have no clue, which encrypter i should use, so no puzzle at all, only knowledge which encrypter?

Edit: Okay it was really easier as i thought..should have checked this first and not trying the hard way. :)

i will never understand how people solve this crap, when i see people solving this i always imagine something like

"omg this is so easy, the b means tha cubi matress of 56 which can be transalted from persic to "pugtfos", which if you use binary code, it says arkansas, arkansas is the 7 biggest state, and 7 means "y" other countries, yeah now i have the key to steam whole library"
