How many percentage do you want?
try DIG https://www.dailyindiegame.com/account_digstore.html
they do games that can be given away starting at $0.03 - some even lower
just check for the single asterisk when you are setting up the giveaways - if it has one you will get a little CV - if it has two asterisks (**) you will get no CV
it is not much, but it is a good way to start out if you cannot afford much - $5 will get you alot of games to give away and also increase your levels in the process :)
sorry about not showing single asterisks as an asterisk - but formating here means when you put an asterisk it just turns text into italics - so damn annoying :P

I believe it works the same as it did from the inventory - you friend the person and then purchase the item and send directly to them via the steam gifting service - it also says you can email the gift when I last purchased something
there are more knowledgeable people than me who could confirm this (if anyone reads and can, please do) - but since the change in steam gifting policies I stopped buying from them and choose dig or humble or indiegala instead :P

Shitty attitude and no contribution towards the discussion whatsoever.
You're calling bans on a person who didn't show signs of doing anything wrong, out of your personal beliefs that behaviour as his 'should' be illegal. Witch hunting on this site is getting out of control.
If you don't watch your own words, I'm sure you're the one more likely to get banned for flaming other people and calling them out for fake violations.

If you're going to return a % of points per giveaway entered, why not just raise the points generated by that % for everyone?
Also ... this would give an advantage to people who enter more giveaways ... to enter even more giveaways.
So yeah ... NO.

No - that suggestion goes in opposite direction than the recent changes. Returning even a single point will mean that users are encouraged to enter the shortest GA's so later they will be able to enter the longer running ones with the points returned to them. It would mean that bots would once again get a large advantage in points to spend

Nonononononono.
The whole point of the change is that there is a limit in points.

I think that jeridex have a fair point of view
I mean 30% is not that much and can be used to give some "free space" in order to enter giveaways
But the problem is there are still auto-join bots which can use that thing
So i suggest make somekind of check for those points
For example you have 0 points after entering the giveaways...After those giveaways ended there will be like 300 points and 100 points as pending 300(100). And if you would like to add them to ur regular points u should pass a captcha or something like that. But since the limit is 300 you should spent 100 points or more not to waste those extra 100

The only points return changes I'd agree on is when a giveaway is deleted. It sucks especially if it's a 40+ points giveaway.

I mean it could be an option. Like if the giveaway uses 10p return 1p after the giveaway is finished. It could be rounded off to the higher percentage if it has decimals. Just a suggestion. After further consideration I thought of a better solution than my previous suggestion. Instead of returning percentage points for every giveaway, why not limit it to a bundled game from bundle sites. And it will be applied for a specific time period only (ex.: 1 week after the bundle release). Also giveaways with less than 10p won't return any points so bots will not abuse it. I thought of this solution because those bundled games are eating our points away.
