For the last how many months, I've just been thinking of graphics card.

At last, I might be able to afford an entire new PC.
From CPU's, GPU's, Ram, everything.

I was thinking of getting something like this

A friend of mine, which works for an IT company, suggested a PC from Computer Alliance, with better specs from what you see above.
However, does Computer Alliance ship to New Zealand, what is the shipping fee like?

God no.
That's barely a step up from asking here.

Premade PCs are convenient, but you pay much extra for that convenience, so if I was looking for a new PC, I would use this site to check for compatibility of the planned build, order the parts separately and assemble it myself.

What about building it yourself? You can get a better one for the same price, and you set it up yourself (that's the best part after all)

I'm looking for some myself, but not pre-built.

I'm looking at a MSI z97 gaming 3, i5 4690k, 8gb DDR3@2400mhz, 120ssd, 1tb hdd, and a R9 280x. the case would be probably a zalman z11 plus (same as in that rig you linked), or a coolermaster silencio 452, still not decided.

total price is around 950€
