So it's been a week and the guy never accepted the gift.

Now it says "Gifts Not Received" What do I do?

Do they have one or two weeks to claim their gift before you can re-roll it?

I was told it was after one day.

The person who told you that was wrong. It's one week before you can re-roll it.

If the gift is marked as not received that doesn't simply mean that it went a week without being claimed, it means the person deliberately selected that you didn't give it to them. Being that you've claimed to sent it and have came here in confusion about what is happening I am inclined to believe you. My guess is that the gift was probably caught by the person's spam filter and they never received through no fault of your own. If this is the case you could try contacting the person on Steam or sending a second email without any links and see if it gets through.

either this or the giveaway did not follow the SG rules and the winner was aware of it.

How was it against the rules? I did nothing wrong.

its just a possibility, considering that your gift is a humble bundle, which have special rules to them:

  • When you submit a Humble Bundle, it is only acceptable to have an unactivated gift URL to provide to the winner. Members giving away Steam keys and the like will be warned, have their giveaways removed, and if they continue, may result in a suspension.
  • These rules also apply to additional keys within the Humble Bundle. Please do not giveaway separate keys, such as SpaceChem, or create a giveaway for the leftover Desura keys. Unused URLs for the original Humble only, please.

The person already said they gave away an unused url, of course maybe they misunderstood or lied but yeah.

GVBN (23 hours ago): did you actually give him an unused humble bundle link like the rules say?

good luck with this, happened to me, 2 weeks after ending (and after regifting to IRL friend) the winner left me neg feedback. To date I've contacted 2 of the mods on the steam group sent 3 emails with SS. I guess Steam Gifts is an automated machine and those with power won't or don't care to help.

What's worse is I did another giveaway and he hasn't left me feedback yet even though I gave him the game.

Seriously. When you receive something for free the least you can do is put the positive feedback...

I think I'm done gifting. I'll do a forum giveaway soon and if it ends badly I'm done gifting.
