Why does it says i have a game on my account when i dont?

I want War of the roses kingmaker, but i cant click enter to win, cuz it says i already have it. I dont, i just downloaded the war of the roses demo to my account, which is not the kingmaker. I eveen deleted it from my acc now, and resynced my acc here, but it stays the same. whats the problem?

I dont know what you mean, War of the roses is free on steam. The kingmaker DLC is for money, i need that.
