i bought one like 10 min ago, and it was a duplicate, right now i sent a ticket to kinguin and i hope at least to get a refund.

Made my first purchase in 2016 and I've since bought ~40 games and a Windows 10 pro key from their store. Only problem was with the Windows key but that was resolved within a day of contacting their Support.
So in my opinion they are about as trustworthy as all other stores.
But don't take my word as gospel, your mileage may vary...
