One that has stuck with me for years is a quote from Nitro Circus movie (awesome btw), sadly dont remember the name of who said it.
They triedto do a stunt from movies - flip the car around sideways and land back on wheels. They didnt succeed and both guys who drove the car landed straight on the roof, which collapsed and both of them got sent to hospital to recover with serious injuries.
After the segment with crash they commented it and one of the directors ( I believe) said this :
