Giveways for DLC that i already own

It's one of the rules in the site guidelines: "Don't enter for games you already own." I'm guessing that applies to DLC too. Regardless of whether or not the system can pick it up on your account, you're still not supposed to enter for stuff you already have.

Yeah i dont enter them too but i was just curious :P

I mistakenly entered and won a DLC giveaway once (I had forgotten that the humblebundle that contained Awesomenauts already included the Cluck DLC), and I simply apologized and explained that to the gifter and asked him to request a reroll. He was understanding and even commended my honesty.

Now, if there's even a doubt about a DLC, I'll fire up my Steam client and double-check to see if I have it before entering a giveaway for it.

There are some really sensitive people around here that lurks the forum looking for users that misbehave to add to their blacklists, a sad true. I don't blame them and their need for feel a little power over someone else, that's why I tend to openly give them autorisation to ban me.

Payday 2, when you ask for reroll the entry dissapears from your won list an ends up in someone else profile.
I needed to ask for a reroll twice in my last GA, somehow the system kept choosing people that already won Dead Bits soundtrack. So the system does fuck up plenty of times.
