Activation Key as a Giveaway

Hello, I got an activation key for a certain game. I already have the game in my steam account and for some reason I accidentally bought another copy. So I got 1 extra Activation Key for that said game. I don't really know what to do with it so I decided to make it into a Giveaway here. Is that possible/allowed?

It's possible and allowed as long you find the game on the giveaway list. If you can't find it there, it means that the game have been for free or on over 90% discount. I hope this information helps you.
