in relistic shooters like battlefiled and call of duty wen stuff get falled on ur head u dont die!!!

wtf this game is broken shit i totally call fake on the metacritc rating y wuld steam even sell such a shity indi game and even give it on sale?! its horible no doute y sell this shit? and if no one herd of it y it has so hi ratings?!

In real life, when barrels fall onto your head with enough force, your neck breaks and you die or are completely paralyzed from your neck down. Very rarely will you come out of it all fine and dandy and then regenerate your bones/health in a few seconds. o.o
