You can get coupons for free from many places. There are bots, groups like Coupon Dumpster, etc. No need to trade. Coupons don't exist for every game though. According to Coupon Dumpster's archive this game has never had coupons.

It was in a bundle though, so you may be able to find someone with the game itself up for trade on a place like Steamtrades, barter, etc.
